With nine years as an Intelligence Officer in the U.S. Air Force, he brings strategic insights to the technology and defense sectors. Jesse is currently pursuing his MBA at Rice University’s Jones Graduate School of Business and is actively involved in the Rice Business Veterans Association. At BW&CO, he helps firms secure funding and drive innovation, leveraging his expertise to support clients in achieving their strategic goals.
Robert Wegner
After receiving his Master of Education, Robert served as a managing editor for a peer-reviewed scientific journal. Although having extensive experience in the non-profit sector, Robert comes with a background in both medical and technology sales. Dr. Mesquita has worked at prestigious institutions like Baylor College of Medicine and Albert Einstein College of Medicine. She has received several awards, including the Future of Science award and two Dennis Shields awards. Additionally, she has been a mentor and lecturer at various universities and is actively involved in professional organizations such as the Genetics Society of America.
Kristian Mueller
Kristian Mueller is an aerospace engineer with over 20 years of experience in aerospace project management. He has worked on NASA, DOD, and DOE projects and held leadership positions at Paragon and Honeybee Robotics. He started his career at NASA as a test director for the International Space Station Robotic Arm Training Facility. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin and a PMP certification. Mueller has also worked as a Project Manager in Switzerland, developing electromechanical actuators for space and aeronautics applications.

Josiah Wegner
Chief Operating Officer
Over the last seventeen years, Josiah has held various leaderships roles in the US and abroad. His passion for learning has earned him a Masters of Educational Leadership from Gateway Seminary and served as valedictorian of Liberty University for his undergrad. He has amassed an impressive resume as a Chief Operating Officer, management, educator and entrepreneur. he was responsible for establishing a medical consultancy non-profit and social enterprise in Afghanistan until its most recent regime change. Currently as Chief Operating Officer of BW&CO, he has grown its US division since 2023 and will continue to establish new strategic partnerships internationally.

As the Marketing Lead at BW&CO, Alexina holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from the University of Houston.
